Polycotton Twill, durable, water resistant and windproof. One side is matt and the other side has a slight sheen. It is tightly woven and has been treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellant finish). This is a first quality, clearance fabric and we only have limited stock at this great price. 

Use for outdoor clothing, trousers, workwear, jackets and bags.
